Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
You will be based on site and report to the Construction Director/Regional Managing Director, successfully managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
The ideal candidate will have a black or white CSCS card and hold a qualification to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation, with sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and a qualified First Aider at Work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
- Successfully manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
- Liaise with a wide range of external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
- Supervise all onsite staff and display discretion and confidentiality at all times.
