Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bid Manager, where you will be responsible for the bid management process from publication of the tender until submission of the bid.

You will ensure that all bid documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with the requirements of the tender.

You will source and co-ordinate content input to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is first class and eye-catching.

About the Role

As a Bid Manager, you will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be responsible for overseeing complex bid processes within a similar high-tech environment.

You will also help the sales team in preparing all necessary documents for order entering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the bid management process from publication of the tender until submission of the bid.
  2. Ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with the requirements of the tender.
  3. SOURCE and co-ordinate content input to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is first class and eye-catching.
  4. Help the sales team in preparing all necessary documents for order entering.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

It would be desirable if you had prior experience of overseeing complex bid processes within a similar high-tech environment.

However, as long as you have a thorough approach to work, ability to multitask, and learn about our products, you will be a real asset.
