Key Responsibilities
As a Disability Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, behaviours that challenge, epilepsy, and diabetes. Your duties will include encouraging social activities, assisting with financial management, maintaining a clean and fresh living environment, and providing personal care while promoting independence.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £23,264 per annum (pro rata). You will also receive a welcome bonus of £1000 within the first 6 months, access to high-quality training for career development, a contributory pension scheme with life assurance, paid enhanced DBS, flexible working, up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), shopping discounts via Blue Light Card and The Benefits website, and free and confidential 24/7 access to the health portal and employee assistance programme.
