About the Role

Care UK is seeking an experienced Nighttime Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Ayton House in West Sussex. As a Nighttime Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating nighttime care activities to ensure seamless delivery
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Administering and recording medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, allocating and delegating tasks effectively
