Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Early Careers Advisor, responsible for managing the full trainee lifecycle and supporting the implementation of our new Solicitor Apprenticeship programme.


Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Manage the Solicitor Apprenticeship programme, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and delivers high-quality results.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top talent from universities and other organizations, ensuring we meet our diversity and inclusion targets.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute a range of events, including virtual events, to engage with prospective trainees and Solicitor Apprentices.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including trainees, supervisors, and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as HR or Business Administration.
  • Experience working in early careers and/or development roles, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
