As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for crafting menus that not only delight but also cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of residents.

Key Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to design menus that highlight the richness of seasonal produce
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in meal delivery
• Engage with residents to gain insight into their preferences and preferences
• Implement stringent food safety and quality control measures
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging peer support and motivation

The Ideal Professional:
• Holds City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications
• Possesses experience in guiding and inspiring a team
• Displays a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and working with fresh seasonal food
• Exhibits a genuine interest in enhancing residents' overall well-being

Remuneration Package:
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience
