Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus that showcase fresh seasonal produce
• Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Work closely with residents to tailor menus according to their preferences
• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results

The Ideal Candidate:
• Possesses City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications
• Has experience in helping lead and inspire a team
• Demonstrates a good understanding of nutrition and working with fresh seasonal food
• A personable approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents

Compensation Package:
• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
