Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and nutritious menus that meet the needs of our residents. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop new recipes and cooking methods that showcase the freshest seasonal ingredients.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. This includes overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained and competent in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a senior chef in a similar environment. They will have a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
