About the Role

As a Region Capacity Manager, you'll be part of a diverse team of creators and inventors who drive innovation and excellence. You'll work with a dynamic and flexible team, enjoying autonomy and support to deliver your best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with demand planning and power planning teams to optimize region utilization and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales field teams to understand demand patterns and customer growth.
  • Drive execution for on-time delivery of data centers by proactively planning and tracking operations and orders.
  • Help define and deliver complex programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain the roadmap, ensuring high operational excellence standards.
  • Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.
  • Recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for issues and questions associated with your region.
  • Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in analytics, business program management, chief of staff, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, working across a matrixed organization.
  • Self-driven problem solver, able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Understanding of data center growth, build out, and operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales field teams, customer growth patterns, and region utilization.
  • Effective communication skills, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling.

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Experience in business operations.
  • Experience in data center operations.
