Responsibilities:
- Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve mechanical issues affecting production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair history, and equipment condition.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production and maintenance staff on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to mechanical systems in food manufacturing.

Salary and Benefits:
