Industrial Contracts Manager

We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to manage the provision of outsourced utility, facilities, and energy management services for industrial clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of utility plant equipment, delivering mechanical and electrical maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science discipline with 3+ years of experience, or Trade qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Utilities management within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in industrial utility systems such as Boilers, Steam, LTHW, Refrigeration, Compressed air, Effluent treatment, Fire detection & Sprinklers, Air handling, Air conditioning, Energy Management Systems, and Building Management Systems.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience working with Permit to Work Systems, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) systems.
- Proficiency in safe working at height, confined space management, and safe chemical handling.
