Industrial Contracts Manager

MCS Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Contracts Manager to oversee and manage contracts across Northern Ireland, primarily based at the client's site in the Greater Belfast area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the provision of outsourced utility, facilities, and energy management services for industrial clients.
- Ensure the seamless operation of utility plant equipment, delivering mechanical and electrical maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
- Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science discipline, or Trade qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex industrial operations, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Utilities management.
- Expertise in industrial utility systems, including Boilers, Steam, LTHW, Refrigeration, Compressed air, Effluent treatment, Fire detection & Sprinklers, Air handling, Air conditioning, Energy Management Systems, and Building Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety statutory legislation and requirements, and familiarity with ISO management systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and proficiency in safe working at height, confined space management, and safe chemical handling.
