Industrial Contracts Manager

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Contracts Manager to oversee and manage contracts across Northern Ireland, primarily based at the client's site in the Greater Belfast area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the provision of outsourced utility, facilities, and energy management services for industrial clients.
- Ensure the seamless operation of utility plant equipment, delivering mechanical and electrical maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
- Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science discipline with 3+ years of experience, or Trade qualified (City & Guilds or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Utilities management within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in industrial utility systems such as Boilers, Steam, LTHW, Refrigeration, Compressed air, Effluent treatment, Fire detection & Sprinklers, Air handling, Air conditioning, Energy Management Systems, and Building Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety statutory legislation and requirements.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
