Maintenance Engineer - Ad-Hoc Shifts
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned preventative maintenance, suggesting improvements, and ensuring effective time management and prioritization of workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake all aspects of planned preventative maintenance and suggest improvements.
- Responsible for mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Ensure effective, timely incident/accident reporting.
- Ensure effective time management and prioritization of workload.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds, equivalent education (NVQ) or recognized apprenticeship (ideally electrically biased).
- Engineering experience in a similar operation, including parcel handling, FMCG/manufacturing.
- Inverter drives, SCADA control, Profibus, Asi, PC/PLC control would be advantageous.
- UK driver's license.
