We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work across our client's sites.

About the Role
  • Estimated salary: £40,401 per annum
  • This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • The role also involves working 1 in 4 weeks on call
Responsibilities
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance across various sites
  • Fault finding and repair work using mechanical skills and expertise
  • Carrying out a range of mechanical tasks confidently and efficiently
Requirements
  • Essential qualifications include the 18th edition certificate and lighting experience
  • A valid UK driver's license is required for site travel
  • 'On the job' experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar is necessary
  • Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential
