About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Decontamination Technician to join our Sterile Services team at Ashtead Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our patients and staff by maintaining the highest standards of decontamination and sterilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Decontaminate and sterilize medical equipment and instruments to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the Decontamination Unit
  • Contribute to quality improvements and best practice initiatives within the department
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our consultants and other stakeholders
