**About the Role:**
Regional Trainer OpportunityWe are currently seeking a skilled Regional Trainer to join our team in Yorkshire and the North East. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs across various services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff and service users.
- To travel to different locations within the region to deliver training sessions.
- To work closely with our management team to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Requirements:
- A strong background in training and development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
