About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage and Insurance Administrator to join our team at One To One Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the mortgage and insurance industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up electronic mortgage files and ensure all necessary documents are provided to lenders in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other departments, including the Insurance Team, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain ongoing and appropriate contact with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and clients, recording all communications on our business CRM system.
- Take telephone calls as needed and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Close down electronic mortgage files upon successful completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred, but not required.
