Operational Quality Improvement Specialist

About the Role:
Exemplar Health Care Careers is seeking a highly organised individual to support our Operations team in delivering the highest standard of care. As an Operational Quality Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for acting in a proactive manner to support services in providing and improving care via a systematic, coordinated and coaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Clinical Director in delivering the Exemplar Quality framework
• Act in a proactive manner to support services in providing and improving care
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained
Requirements:
• Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in quality improvement and operations management
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of £55,500 per annum
• £3,000 car allowance
