Job Title: Aviation Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Airworthiness Specialist to join our team, working closely with a leading defence client based in the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid organisation, directly collaborating with the Aircraft IT and customer teams on a state-of-the-art facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling Aircraft configuration changes and major role changes, ensuring the continuous service covering 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Aircraft Configuration Management: Managing the scheduling of Aircraft configuration changes and major role changes.
  2. Aircraft Availability Forecasting: Forecasting the availability of each Aircraft, including Aircraft capability.
  3. Tail-to-Task Recommendations: Making tail-to-task recommendations, providing the ATLAS Flying Programme to the Fleet Tasking Availability Management Coordinator.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working within the airline industry.
  • CAMO experience.
