What You'll Be Doing
  1. Supporting the daily needs of our residents, including their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  2. Promoting independence and self-confidence in our residents through positive relationships and experiences.
  3. Participating in activities and outings that promote social skills, creativity, and personal growth.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of care plans and guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  5. Working collaboratively with colleagues to minimize challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.

As a Childcare Specialist with Vetro Recruitment, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.81 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), plus a range of benefits that include free food while on shift, a variety of work opportunities, and comprehensive training and development programs.

Requirements
  • A strong commitment to creating positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar care setting.
  • A valid UK driving license (essential).
