Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service administration and coordinating issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Log and track customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and issue regular reports on customer defects and exceptions.
  • Allocate tasks to customer support operatives and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Oversee inspections and contractor performance, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate CRM diaries and schedules, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills, with experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
