Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Poplar Farm School. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the premises, including upkeep, care, cleaning, maintenance, security, health and safety, and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings, grounds, and facilities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the school's facilities management systems, including energy management, waste management, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with school staff, contractors, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of facilities management services.
- Monitor and report on facilities management performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, teachers, support staff, and external partners.
