Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams, including engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and cost control measures.
  4. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets customer requirements.
  5. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  1. Considerable experience in Civil Engineering and Water sectors as a Site Agent or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, and cost control.
  3. Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent (desirable).
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  5. Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion.
  6. Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and lead the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company values.
