Social Care Connections is a specialist recruitment agency committed to the Children and Young People sector within Social Care. We're recruiting an Advanced Social Worker to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families in North West England.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, collaborative working, and improving outcomes for children and families. The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
- Significant post-qualification experience (3+ years), particularly in children's services
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- An initial 3-month minimum contract to create stability for our children and young people
- Up to £42 per hour limited company rate, based on experience
- A 35-hour week with a hybrid working model, 3 days in Liverpool City region per week
- A supportive and permanent team and manager
- Regular supervision
- ICT Kit and support
