We are seeking a highly skilled ICM In-Business Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. As a key member of our Institutional Credit Management organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, monitoring, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance Reviews: Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to verify that established standards and processes are followed and consistently applied.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational weaknesses, risks associated with the function, training needs, and process deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Engage with management, Independent Risk, and critical partner stakeholders and regulators to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present quality assurance scorecard reports to ICM business management, highlighting results and identifying negative trends and potential solutions.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in credit risk management, loan review, or quality assurance review function at an investment or large commercial bank.
- Education: BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA) or any other related subject.
- Skills: Demonstrable credit/counterparty credit risk audit/quality assurance experience, solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks, and strong background in core credit analysis for large corporate and finance industries.
