Role Summary

Principal People Recruitment is working with a leading infrastructure business to find a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. This home-based role covers diverse project sites across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accident investigations, site audits, risk assessments, and inductions on-site.
  • Provide expert advice to site teams on Health and Safety matters.
  • Drive safety culture improvements through practical initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with project teams to embed a strong HSE culture.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate.
  • A UK Driving License.
