About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in fire risk assessments and compliance to work with us. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fire safety and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external fire risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Advise clients on fire safety compliance within existing and new build schemes, providing pragmatic and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, developers, clerk of works, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
- Lead aspects of a growing team, reporting directly to the Delivery Director, and assist in the growth, development, and structure of a small team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in fire risk assessments and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
- Pension contributions.
- Private medical insurance.
- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
- 3-4 days during the Christmas period.
- 1 day off for birthday.
- Professional subscriptions.
