Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Construction Risk Manager to join our team at Falcon Green Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our construction projects in London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and external bodies to promote a culture of safety and ensure effective communication of health and safety issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of risk management activities, incidents, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, with experience on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a diverse team.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
