Job Title: Healthcare Technology Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technology Specialist to join our team at EMIS. As a key member of our Transformation and Training team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in the implementation and optimization of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver local customizations of our software within project scope
  • Support customers and EMIS Health colleagues in UAT, installation, and issue resolution
  • Act as primary technical lead and authority during project lifecycle
  • Develop expertise in EMIS health applications, tools, and interfaces
  • Participate in internal testing and process improvement workshops

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to use initiative, problem-solving, and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and relay them to less technical teams
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving techniques
