Job Summary:

Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team and oversee the running of the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver clinical pharmacy services to specialty areas
  • Assist with department-wide education and training initiatives
  • Participate in staff performance reviews and management of pharmacy staff
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current and valid registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) as a Pharmacist
  • Substantial experience in hospital clinical pharmacy
  • Experience in supervising others or managing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
