Job Title: Controller Role

Agility Resoucing is seeking an accomplished Controller to join our finance team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and support for decision-making processes.


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and present high-quality management accounts that adhere to industry standards, typically ranging from £65,000 to £90,000 per year.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of comprehensive budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare and distribute informative financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless cash flow management and timely account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects forward.
  • Design and implement robust internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Offer expert financial analysis and support as needed.
  • Showcase exceptional analytical skills, interpreting complex financial data with ease.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Display proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
