{"h1": "Finance Business Partner Role", "p": "Resourcery Group is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our team in a regional role across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with the Commercial Finance Director and senior management team to provide up-to-date information to inform commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide proactive finance support, challenge, and insight to Branch Managers across the region
* Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial information, analysis, and commentary to key stakeholders
* Produce and evaluate business cases, including capital expenditure proposals
* Provide commercial support to Branch Managers, focusing on understanding and explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities
* Develop, challenge, and question budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs on an ongoing basis
* Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
* Produce the internal Monthly Reporting pack and participate in the Monthly Review Meeting
* Ensure strong financial controls are in place across all branches
* Ensure all company policies and statutory requirements are adhered to

Requirements:

* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
* Prior finance business partnering skills
* Confident communicator
