Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Resourcery Group is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our team in a regional role across Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

About the Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the Commercial Finance Director and senior management team to provide up-to-date information to support commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive finance support, challenge, and insight to Branch Managers of each site within your remit.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial information, analysis, and commentary to key stakeholders.
  • Produce weekly and monthly P&L reporting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPIs, benchmarking, and ad-hoc analysis to drive business performance.
  • Support Branch Managers in understanding and explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities to enable delivery of their targets.
  • Develop, rigorously challenge, and question budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs on an ongoing basis and report this to Branch Managers and Divisional Team.
  • Provide insight into customer and sales team performance.
  • Produce the internal Monthly Reporting pack and participate in the Monthly Review Meeting.
  • Ensure strong financial controls are in place across all branches.
  • Ensure all company policies and statutory requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Prior finance business partnering skills.
  • Confident communicator.
