Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a skilled Reservations and Sales Executive to join the Jupiter Central Reservations Team on a full-time basis.

Based within our Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert bookings and generate leads to achieve revenue growth
  • Manage multiple properties and prioritize workload
  • Liaise with on-property teams to ensure guest requirements are met
  • Identify new leads and contacts, working with Sales teams to drive engagement
  • Respond to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working in a Sales/Reservations team, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong IT skills and excellent telephone manner are essential.

You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
