We are seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team in Washington.

This is a site-based role that requires the candidate to conduct NDT inspections using various methods such as Magnetic Particle Testing and Fluorescent Penetrant Testing, as well as Etch Inspection.

The selected candidate will be responsible for interpreting test results and providing detailed reports adhering to both company procedures and industry regulations.

In this role, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-precision discs that hold fan blades and turbine blades in place while powering Rolls-Royce engines.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Non-Destructive Testing Specialist at our site in Washington.

In this role, you will conduct NDT inspections using various methods such as Magnetic Particle Testing and Fluorescent Penetrant Testing, as well as Etch Inspection.

You will be required to interpret test results and provide detailed reports adhering to both company procedures and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform NDT inspections and Operational tasks consistent with the requirements of the team, statutory and company standards.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and compliance methodologies to satisfy customer needs and cost reduction targets.
  • Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Recognise and perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and reliable to a high-performance standard.
