About the Position

Sciensus is seeking a Chemotherapy Treatment Coordinator to coordinate and deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment in their own homes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in cancer care and chemotherapy administration
  • Is able to build strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders
  • Can maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum
