Sciensus is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Home Chemotherapy Professional to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes, administering chemotherapy treatments and building long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with patients to develop tailored care plans that meet their unique needs, providing one-to-one support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be required to document clinical data, report adverse drug events, and stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and best practices in the field. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans.
• Provide one-to-one care tailored to patients' needs, offering quality nursing and maintaining professional standards.
• Document clinical data, report adverse drug events, and stay up-to-date with knowledge to address gaps in clinical competency.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires travel regionally to visit patients at home. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
