Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Account Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. If you have a passion for consultative sales and enjoy building long-lasting relationships, this role could be your next career move.
Your Role:
As the Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth across England. Your main tasks will include:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's mission.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to significantly increase market share.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Boost Client Spend: Help clients maintain and grow their spend.
- Product Expert: Use your knowledge to give clients the best advice and solutions.
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, positioning the company as the preferred PPE provider.
Requirements
- Proven Success: A strong background in consultative sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good Geographical Understanding: To plan travel across England.
- Experience in Working on CRM Systems: To manage client relationships effectively.
Benefits
