We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across England.

Your Role:

As the Regional Account Manager, you will be the face of our company across England, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor. Your main tasks will include:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's mission.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to significantly increase market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Boost Client Spend: Help clients maintain and grow their spend.
  • Product Expert: Use your knowledge to give clients the best advice and solutions.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, positioning our company as the preferred PPE provider.

Requirements

  • Proven Success: A strong background in consultative sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good Geographical Understanding: To plan travel across England.
  • Experience in Working on CRM Systems: To manage client relationships effectively.

Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000- £65,000 depending on experience.
