Performance Development Coordinator

About the Position
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of shift leaders and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Monitor and control labour costs, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
