About the Position

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of shift leaders and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Monitor and control labour costs, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
