About the Role

We're searching for a seasoned CRM Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery of complex Sales system projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

Main Tasks:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  3. Develop and implement effective risk management plans to mitigate potential threats.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale CRM implementations with £1m+ budgets.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading platforms such as Microsoft D365 Sales Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud.

Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
