Role Overview:
TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a primary school located in the Waltham Forest area. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on a child's learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to the pupil, ensuring their individual needs are met. This will involve assisting in implementing the pupil's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), fostering a positive environment, and promoting social skills development.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working with children with ASD or other SEN needs. A calm, empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2/3 in Childcare or SEN-specific training) are advantageous.
