**Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist - Dentistry**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist - Dentistry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses, providing clinical expertise and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

As a Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist - Dentistry, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of nurses, providing clinical guidance and expertise
  • Ensuring CQC requirements are met and managing audits
  • Providing clinical chair-side support to dentists, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Managing reception and staff rotas, effectively coordinating daily operations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • GDC Registered
  • Preferred Dentally experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
