Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our UK Build Division in the South. The successful candidate will support the management team with the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities associated with our Healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate project programmes, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Planner to review and update programmes, outputs, and phasing on a regular basis.
  • Conduct Performance Development Plans (PDPs) with assistant planners, driving actions and activities to enhance individual development.
  • Lead and coordinate planning and programme management duties in the preconstruction process, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Input to the assessment of programme entitlements and coordinate outputs with the management team.
  • Lead input to programme reporting, providing weekly and monthly updates as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience working on Healthcare projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Advanced training in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and contract awareness, including JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK and EU legal frameworks, particularly contract management.
