Child Health Care Manager

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced paediatric nurse to join our team in the Children's Emergency Department (CED). As a Child Health Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of individualised care. You will also support the Senior Sister/Charge nurse in implementing quality improvements within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients
- Collaborating with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Mentoring junior staff and promoting their professional development

Requirements
- Experience working in a paediatric emergency setting
- RSCN/RN CHILD qualification
- Degree in Children's Nursing
Salary
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
