Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Logistics Manager to join our EUR/INT Congress and Events Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organisation of Jazz's presence at Europe and International congresses, while also contributing to the planning and execution of internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Sr Congress & Events Managers to develop and implement the EUR/INT congress plan, including liaison with 3rd party organisers, logistical arrangement management, and material development.
  2. Manage pre-conference briefings, ensure compliance with Jazz policies and procedures, and contribute to post-event metrics reports.
  3. Provide on-site support and management for company events, including the Mid-Year Leaders' Meeting.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Flexibility in working hours/schedule and willingness to travel internationally.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
