As a Volunteer Event Assistant, you will support the member of staff delivering events such as training days, local fetes, evening talks and guided walks. This is an excellent opportunity to share your passion for wildlife with others.
About The RoleThe Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help deliver our events programme. We are committed to protecting and preserving the natural environment in our region, and we believe that everyone should have access to the great outdoors.
In this role, you will work closely with our events team to ensure the smooth delivery of our events, from setup to cleanup. You will be responsible for supporting our events staff, handling tasks such as promoting events on social media, managing event logistics, and helping with crowd control.

- Assisting with crowd control
No experience or qualifications are needed other than an enthusiasm for sharing our mission and a willingness to learn more about wildlife.
Working HoursWe operate a flexible working policy and offer a range of hours to suit different lifestyles. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or several days a month, we want to hear from you.
Salary: £8-10 per hour (dependent on experience)
