Join our Specialist Perinatal Mental Health team as a Community Matron and make a positive impact on the lives of women and their families. You will be part of a collaborative team that works together to support recovery and improve bonds with babies in the crucial first 1001 days.

As a Community Matron, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will work closely with our organisational partners in NHS Talking Therapies, Infant Mental Health, Special Parenting Service, Maternity Services, Health Visiting, and other agencies to deliver a unified and safe service to expectant and new mothers, their babies, and partners.

  • This role requires you to use your skills and experience to support your colleagues in the delivery of high-quality care.
  • You will offer supervision to the perinatal team.
  • You will deliver high-quality interventions.

Salary and Benefits
