Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in highway development projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the NEC form of contract, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to deliver strategic infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of strategic infrastructure projects, working closely with clients to develop implementation strategies and manage statutory consents. A good background in highway-related projects is essential, and the ability to work within project and financial objectives to produce plans, schedules, and track budgets is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implementation strategies for delivery of strategic infrastructure projects
  • Work within project and financial objectives to produce plans, schedules, and track budgets
  • Management of statutory consents
  • Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making
  • Identify and present any project risks or issues to ensure the project is not adversely impacted

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Project Management background aligned to large mixed-use developments
  • Degree educated in a related discipline
  • APM, MRICS, or ICE Qualified
  • High level of knowledge and proven experience of working with NEC form of contract
  • Knowledge of fundamental PM systems and procedures in the construction industry
